President Biden yesterday in lockstep with the new Illinois gun ban has weaponized the NFA, the National Firearms Act to ban millions of AR's overnight. Since the Congress refuses to challenge the gun lobby or attack, the Second Amendment, Biden is using his authority as head of the executive branch of government to take away your guns.

The AFA, American Firearms Act was created because of combating the gangster bank robbers of that day. Today the ATF is creating gun laws outside the scope of Congress. Just last night, the ATF did a complete ban on AR pistols. There are millions of these that were sold to Americans. To possess them now, it's a federal felony. The ATF created its own criminal code and punishments. What they did to make the rifle’s criminal is the “pistol” brace.

If you are not aware of, the difference of an AR rifle or an AR pistol is the length and lack of a gun stock. Both the pistol and the rifle are exactly the same. They both shoot the 5.56 round. However, to reduce the size of the rifle, you need to get a gun stamp for $200.00 to make the weapon an SBR, a short-barreled rifle. To circumvent this, most gun, owners are buying the AR pistol. The ATF claims they are being shorted 750 million dollars a year for gun owners avoiding the purchase of the tax stamp with the AR rifles.

Let's begin with the definition of the AR pistol. An AR pistol when purchased looks exactly like a AR rifle with exceptions. The overall length is only 26 inches. The barrel is only 16 inches. It can be 14 with a welded on flash suppressor. In the rear of the rifle is a tube. It's called the buffer tube. Legally, it cannot be called a “gun stock” to be fired from the shoulder. When the AR pistol was created it was meant to be shot from the cheek to stabilize it or shot one-handed like a pistol. The problem was the disabled. Many are veterans from combat. Many are women and children learning to shoot. They couldn't shoot it this way, but it's the rule the ATF created. To many, they chose the AR pistol over the rifle because of restrictions. In many states, you can't carry rifles at all times in your vehicle. You can only transport them. With AR pistols, you can.

Later, a gun manufacturer created the gun brace. It's a stock that fits over the barrel tube, so you can shoot from the shoulder instead of the cheek. Also, illegal is the vertical barrel handle below the barrel the AR pistol only. Because the ATF is losing almost a billion dollars in revenue and Biden wants a complete ban on AR's they are going to arrest gun owners making them felons. It's no coincidence that the IRS hired a thousand of more agents. Remember, ATF and IRS both are under the Department of the Treasury. They work together all the time. Today Biden is giving the power to attack the Second Amendment and gun owners.

The “law” today is that you register your AR pistols within 120 days from now or face charges. If they inspect your home without a warrant, they will arrest you. This includes imprisonment and hefty fines and gun confiscation. To register, you need to fill out a form and give a record of sales history, including pictures. If you have an agent visit you practice saying that they need a warrant. The Congressional Democrats are rejoicing because this is what they want and Biden is doing their work for them. In Illinois, this created only more rules added on to the gun ban passed just this week. Now, Illinois residents face State and federal charges.

Currently, there is a case in the U.S. 5th circuit of appeals Cargill vs. Garland that challenges the ATF authority to create laws or criminal code. This started with them banning “bump stocks” then creating penalties. If a decision is made, that decision only covers the 5th circuit. It would then need to the Supreme Court. Until then, the ball is in ATF's court.

What needs to be done?

You can choose to register your guns and dispose of your gun braces or vertical handles. If you decide not to and choose to fight to protect yourself legally. A federal agent can interview you with your permission. You can shut it down by requesting a lawyer according to your Miranda rights. If you talk to an agent, never lie because that itself is a federal crime even if you tell the truth. They have no authority to inspect your home. They would need a warrant signed by a federal judge for cause. If you buy any new guns, use cash only. Do not give them a paper trail such as your credit card. Do not transport your AR with the brace. Transport them separately or mail them.

It's sad that this administration is punishing law-abiding citizens for their right to gun ownership. The 2nd Amendment is guaranteed. It's literally the second thing they put into the constitution. They put in the Second Amendment not because of the British, but because of tyrannical rule just like Biden. The plan Biden has is the plan that Obama wanted. Total gun confiscation. They use the British role model of how their citizens and Police do not own guns because of their gun ban and are “peaceful” yet violence has risen 700%

The reason Japan never invaded America like China is that they knew behind every blade of grass was an American with a rifle. Now the Democrats want to take this away from us. Not today or ever!
