Democrats attack 2nd Amendment Conservatives

Democrats plan to ban guns in Illinois and across the country targeting Conservatives

We have so many federal laws on the books that the average American commits 3 felonies a day without knowing it. The IRS code is being amended as we speak. These 78,000 new IRS agents will have more powers to arrest you than the FBI. If you are a conservative, make preparations to be audited. If they catch you skirting your taxes or improperly filling out a form, then you will become a federal felon. Any bank deposits of $600.00 or more are reported to the government. Before it was $10,000 to combat drug/cash mules. Today it's to target Republicans. Look at January 6. Look at the thousands of Republicans that were investigated for being just in the city. Hundreds more were arrested overnight and became federal felons, losing many of their rights for life. Today they built special prisons to house those in custody awaiting trial and others that were sentenced. Remember, this is America and not North Korea.

This started in 2009 with Barack Obama. Remember, he had the IRS target conservative groups. First, it was the Tea Party organizations. The 501c3s and political committees. Many of the leaders were arrested for nonsense tax crimes. They were treated as militant groups. When they were interrogated and came up clean, the government would resort to arresting them for lying to a federal agent just for giving an incorrect name, date or time. It's that easy. Many could not afford a $30,000 retainer for a federal attorney. This was cruel and unusual punishment. So, they were stuck with the federal public defender who works for whom? The United States Government. These defenders are drinking buddies with federal prosecutors. Many of these judges are liberal. Dressed in their robes sitting high on the bench like God's, they are handing out long sentences for petty offenses in demand of social justice.

Now the Democrats are just one month out from passing the Republicans control of the House. They are coming after your guns. It's already happening in Illinois. This happened in California, and the courts shot this down. The 2nd Amendment is final. It's literally the second thing they wrote into the Constitution. However, they know they can use national tragedy to suit their purpose. Look at 911. Bush created the Patriot Act. No-fly lists with tens of thousands of Americans on it. They controlled the Internet to read your searches and emails. ATF blocked Americans from gun ownership. That's how they are going after guns. By federal regulation. 

Right now, thousands of gun dealers are being audited. Many here in Illinois. Many ATF Agents that had great relationships with gun store owners now became weaponized by the Biden administration. Now they are using the most minor of paperwork errors to violate these gun dealers. They are revoking federal firearm licenses not for selling to felons and minors, but for failing to check certain boxes in applications. If they can't get you because you obey the law, they will get you by creating reasons to pull your ticket. Many gun owners today are in a panic because they are given hearing dates for revocation. Many hearings are cut and dry for the gun store owners to sue the government. This is not cheap. This can go into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Meanwhile, these stores close. 

When one wants to buy milk and eggs, they go to the grocery store. If a new gun owner wants to buy a gun, they go to a gun store. If there are no more gun stores, how can Americans get guns? That's what Biden is doing. Eliminating the sales. Owner to owner, gun shows, internet purchasing and your local stores. The Supreme Court may become involved to protect the 2nd Amendment, but they will stand off when it comes to regulation. They already looked the other way on ghost guns that should be guaranteed under 2A. However, their concern is regulations. Tracking the firearm through serial numbers. The founding fathers never wanted a sequential number system. Yet, you can become a felon for having a gun without one. 

Most likely, the Congress won't take action on banning guns. However, we have to revisit Presidential Authority by Executive Order. Joe Biden will do just that. Right now, Attorney General Garland is forming an opinion to present to Biden to ban certain guns. He will start with any AR style “assault rifles”. Magazines exceeding 10 rounds. High caliber rifles shooting 50 caliber rounds. Commercial machine guns. Prohibiting national carry. Locking down areas to carry in public. Most intrusive will be background checks. Biden wants to disqualify gun ownership for misdemeanors, mental health (this includes PTSD that affects military and Police) and violent minor offenses and TAXES! Biden feels if you violate our tax laws, you shouldn't own a gun. 

This can happen easily because he can deem this a clear and present danger to the national security of the United States and its citizens. The Supreme Court can uphold his Executive Order by precedent. That precedent is DACA. President Trump challenged DACA in the Supreme Court, declaring it illegal. The Supreme Court agreed. Yet they did not dissolve the program because they did not know what to do with the hundreds of thousands of DACA recipients that are professionals now such as doctors, lawyers, and Police Officers. Instead, they decided to set aside the judgment for a new court. So, this illegal Executive Order may take decades to rescind. This is exactly what can happen with Biden and his EO on guns. 

This is why we have to continue the fight against the Democrats. It starts locally. Municipal races. Judges and Sheriff's races. States Attorney's. Illinois House and Senate. Congress and the presidency in 2024. The Republican Party took hits in the midterms. In politics, it happens. We know how deep the corruption is in our election system. The Democrats are the very ones that control regulation of the elections. It's a rigged system. However, we hit back with lawsuits. Exposing the system. We will produce winning candidates and support them. Many feel the Republican Party has failed them. It's true they did. The party leaders cry it's time for unity when they were the ones that split the party. It's not time to unify. It's time to rebuild. It's time to restore the party to the greatness it once had. We do this in the field. Grassroots. Volunteering our time to knock on doors and working on campaigns. If we don't do this now, the Democrats will win. They will put innocent conservatives in jail. They will take away our gun rights. Next will be all of our rights!
