Daniel Penny is a Marine veteran thats a 24 year old college student that was on a subway in New York when he observed a black male assaulting passengers in the New York subway. As the offender began to beat on a woman, Penny confronted the male then he was attacked as well. Using his Marine training, he applied a non lethal chokehold to subdue this criminal.

Holding him for the Police, no injuries were sustained. The Police arrested the black male offender then, many hours later he died in the hospital. Now the New York DA charged Penny, a good Samaritan and hero with murder. The charge is manslaughter but why?

This prosecutor is the very one that is prosecuting President Trump. So instead of seeking justice this prosecutor is attacking an American war hero over reverse discrimination because the social activists demanding he act to charge Penny for nothing.

This is reminiscent of what happened to the Police with George Floyd who died of an overdose of fentanyl, but yet they prosecuted the Police for murder instead in a sham prosecution like they are doing to Penny.
