Illinois to give amnesty to illegal aliens to obtain Police employment

Illinois is passing a law to give amnesty to illegal immigrants to obtain Police employment. Another social activist experiment.

Just imagine getting pulled over by a Police officer that cannot even legally own or carry a gun. He then arrests you for a traffic violation. Enforcing the same laws that he disregarding because he he is an illegal alien.

It's going to happen soon because once again the Democrats want to ruin law enforcement.

Last month, Aurora's Rep. Barbara Hernandez introduced legislation that would allow DACA recipients to be considered for law enforcement positions statewide. Police Officers.

Hernandez, an admitted socialist Democrat has came out against the Police many times before and supporting Black Lives Matter demonstrations during the 2020 riots. She is the protoge of disgraced former Illinois VA Director Linda Chapa LaVilla from Aurora. JB Pritzker fired her for mismanagement leading to the deaths of several veterans.

LaVilla was the elected Illinois Representative from the 83rd District in Aurora. When JB tapped her for the VA Hernandez was appointed to her seat. Of course because she worked as a staffer for LaVilla in her district office. LaVilla 2.0…the next Linda.

Recently LaVilla was investigated by the Illinois Board of Elections for attempting to pay her mother tens of thousands of dollars from her dormant campaign committee account. She was caught and fined.

After the fiasco of HB3653 the Illinois Democrats are pushing this nonsense bill through.

With a vote of 9 to 4 Thursday, the bill moves out of committee to the full House floor for a vote to pass.

The U.S. Supreme Court has set aside it's opinion on what to do with the over 500,000 DACA recipients that are illegal immigrants. They cannot be given outright amnesty. So instead they are in limbo. But still illegal regardless of their status.

Obama created DACA by Executive Order. It's not a law. It waived certain restrictions for the children of illegal aliens. Obama justified this by stating that as children they couldn't be held responsible for being here illegaly. However, we are a nation of laws. Obama can't break the law by Executive Order.

Representative from Rockford John Cabello is a police officer who voted against the bill for several reasons, chiefly the concern for officer’s safety as a DACA officer could not legally have firearm when not on duty. How can a non-citizen illegal alien enforce the laws of our country?

Cabello, who was recently re-elected to the General Assembly in November does make a point. There is a loophole so that a DACA Officer can carry on duty but how about off duty? You are a Police Officer 24 hours a day. However a DACA recipient cannot carry when off duty. As a Cop how can he or she prevent a violent crime while unarmed?

Now the Police unions are getting involved.

The Chicago FOP Lodge 7 slipped in favor of this bill, believe it or not. No SUPRISE here because they have been supporting Democrats and their nonsense polices. The Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police slipped in opposition. Blue Island’s police recently hired a DACA recipient.

The rank and file should be outraged. This sets a bad precident in labor laws even in court cases. What if a criminal defendent for murder challenged the arrest or charge because the Officer/investigator Affiant in a murder complaint/warrant was an illegal alien?

The real question is why would we even offer them the opportunity. In order to enforce our laws you have to obey our laws. They are here illegal regardless of the being anchor babies or not. It's like giving a thief the keys to all the banks in the city

This law should not allowed to be passed. I know we have a shortage of Police applicants and that will be the Democrats excuse and cry but this is not the answer.

We are a nation of laws. The enforcers of those laws should be legal and not illegal aliens.
