Watch the video discussing court action recalling the Amendment One Act. This action was taken by Lawyer David Shestokas, and the Illinois Freedom Alliance Organization and initiated by George Wechbacker a Conservative Activist.
This lawsuit challenges the legality of this sham law, because they excluded the language of the Amendment deceitfuly.
Next Wednesday, the 7th, June a Lake County Judge, Salvi who is related to former Senate Candidate Kathy Salvi will rule on the legality of the law and may recall the Amendment declaring it void.
