The first President that was indicted federally in our nation's history. He was also the only President to be the most investigated as a private citizen after leaving office for many bogus political charges and civil suits. He was also impeached by the Democrats twice to prevent him from ever running again which they failed because he was never convicted in the Senate.

President Donald J. Trump has been down this road before. After all, he wrote the book the Art of the Deal about his many comebacks and wins. You can knock him down, but he will get right back up. 

Today, thousands of Trump supporters greeted Trump for miles and to the federal courthouse in Miami, so he can surrender to authorities and a federal Judge on sham charges relating to Top Secret documents he's privileged to by federal law. 

For those that are worried about President Trump having been indicted federally…. Don't worry. Joe Biden was put on blast for his Ukraine corruption dealings and getting paid off, but most importantly, Trump is most certainly going to become the next President, and they see him as a threat. Because of this, Biden targeted Trump with his corrupt FBI and the Department of Justice to arrest Trump to discredit him from continuing his race for President to save the country. This will not stop Trump. He is fighting even harder.

As I write this, Trump is being arraigned in front of the federal magistrate but this case is over even before it began. Any lawyer worth his salt can tell you this. 

Allow me to explain to you why he will win. I'm a former investigator for the States Attorney's Office and worked on thousands of criminal cases. One thing I know for a fact is, that a criminal defendant can draw a criminal case for years in court through continuances and court challenges. Some cases can last up to 5 years. Ask any elected Sheriff, and they can tell you they are holding criminal defendants for years while they await closing their cases. The same goes for the U.S. Marshall's Service, which does the same for federal prisoners. Trump has the money to hold up his cases for years to come. This case won't see trial until 2026. It won't make it that long though. 

Let me tell you how he will win. Even though the other Presidential candidates are swimming like sharks around Trump, thirsty for blood, they will not get a bite. The former Trump supporters or RINOs are declaring victory, but victory for what? The Democrats are already thinking they won back the White House. Wrong. They just weaponized Trump and his base. The more they attack him, the more they make him a popular candidate. The Presidential Records act protects Trump from these sham charges. A President can be in possession of these records. Ask Joe Biden after they found top secret documents at his home after he left office.

The arraignment Judge today is Johnathan Goodman, an Obama appointee. The TRIAL Judge is a TRUMP Cuban federal judge appointee. A supporter of Trump, knows that Trump has a huge following in the Cuban community, meaning that the Cubans will appeal to her to dismiss the case as it continues. The Cubans delivered the Trump votes in Florida in 2016 and 2020. This case is done. 

Born in Cali, Colombia, but raised in Miami to a Cuban mother and an American father from Indiana, Aileen Cannon has been assigned to oversee the classified documents’ case against former President Donald Trump which he had the authority to possess. 

Judge Cannon was nominated to the federal bench in 2019 by then President Trump and confirmed by the Senate in 2020. She was randomly selected amongst four federal judges in South Florida to preside over this trial against Trump. 

She also ruled for Trump recently in his civil lawsuit pertaining to this case with the Top Secret documents, when a Special Master was appointed. Furthermore, she knows he has the authority to possess such documents, and stated so in her courtroom. Now they dump the criminal case in her lap. 

The Democrats were hoping to get a liberal judge, but instead got a Trump supporter. You can't make this up. God is watching! 

Trump will win the presidency 18 months from now, and these prosecutors will drop the charges immediately. The New York State Prosecutors will not be able to hold a President criminally liable while he is in office by law. Furthermore, they will risk the State of New York losing funding. The DOJ and the new Attorney General will drop the federal case like a bad habit. 

Remember this. A former President has the highest security clearance even after leaving office. He is still given a daily brief by the CIA and National Security Council just like Joe Biden because they have the ability to counsel the current President on current events. If Trump has security clearance, anything he touches is covered by the Presidential Records act, the National Security Act and several other defense Authorization Acts. 

How convenient that Trump is being prosecuted just as he provided evidence that Biden broke Federal law with his son Hunter. Also they made connections with foreign spies. 

The Burisma executive who Bribed Joe and Hunter Biden Is an asset of Russia's primary foreign intelligence service. He's an asset of the SVR, which is just the successor organization to the KGB.

And Joe and Hunter Biden took $5 million each from this RUSSIAN ASSET.

Burisma Holdings founder Mykola Zlochevsky, who allegedly paid a total of $10 million in bribes to Joe and Hunter Biden in 2015 and 2016 in exchange for then-Vice President Joe Biden's assistance in getting Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin fired, is believed to be an asset of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) by the United States intelligence community, according to a national security source speaking to RedState on condition of anonymity. 

The official said: "The US intelligence community has a high degree of confidence in their assessment of Zlochevsky as SVR. This is not a new assessment; the intelligence community under Obama knew this, and Obama was briefed on it. Joe Biden and Victoria Nuland were briefed as well."

In a June 2021 RedState exclusive story about the defection of Chinese counterintelligence official Dong Jingwei, it was reported that among the "terabytes" of data Jingwei brought with him to the United States was information related to "details of meetings US government officials had (perhaps unwittingly) with Chinese spies and members of Russia's SVR."

This prosecution is a distraction. They know that there is no legal foundation to actually prosecute him. They know that. That's why disgraced former FBI Director James Comey stated it's important to keep Biden as President as he controls the reins of power including the DOJ. If Trump were to have power again as President, people are going to prison by the thousands. 

This bogus prosecution means nothing. A Grand Jury can indict a ham sandwich. This current President is corrupt, and he will answer soon for his actions by being tossed from elected office. Trump will never blink. As a matter of fact, he's up 7% in the polls. Fundraising is up, and his supporters are more pissed off than ever. Next year, they will fight back with their vote. 

The Trump U.S. Attorney Special Prosecutor is Jack Smith, a Democrat. 

Smith is married to filmmaker Katy Chevigny, who helped produce the Michelle Obama documentary “Becoming.”

Conservatives have attacked Chevigny for donating $2,000 in support of 2020 Biden’s run. Trump called both of them “cowards.”

Remember the charges in New York? 

After they indicted him on 35 frivolous charges pressed on him by the corrupt DA Alvin Bragg, financed by George Soros himself, he turned himself in to the court to be fingerprinted and present himself to a judge to make bail.

Did you see the picture of him walking into the courtroom? He is not a happy man. They pissed him off. They awoke a sleeping giant.

That look of anger means the Trump name will survive for the next 100 years in politics. After serving as President one last time, he will be the one, the REPUBLICAN Joe Kennedy, with a dynasty of Trump Presidents. It's going to happen!

Trump is not JFK. John Kennedy was weak and sick with multiple diseases and back problems. It was supposed to be his brother Joe Jr. who died in a plane accident in the war. Joe's son's all served tragedies, but Joe was the strong one that ruled with an iron fist. Joe just didn't have the quality offspring to carry on his name. After RFK, there was no quality in leadership. His son RFK Jr is not even 10% of what his dad was. Ted Kennedy was a murderer, drunk and sloppy.

However, Trump's children are geniuses. They love this country and have no baggage. Future Presidents. There will be a Don Jr., Eric, Ivanka, or Baron Trump as Commander in Chiefs. Aircraft carriers named after each of them, depending on who becomes President. 

By arresting Trump, they messed up. This was a poor strategy that not only won him the election, but it brought attention to the world how crooked Democrats are. No man or woman wants to see anyone ridiculed or bullied, especially someone who is well-loved as Trump. 

I remember that face of anger on Trump, which encouraged him to run for President on TV.

April 2011. For weeks, Donald Trump had been fanning the flames of the “birther” movement and attacking President Barack Obama on television, demanding that Obama produce his birth certificate, implying that he was not born in the United States, and questioning both his religious identity and the legality of his presidency.

But on April 30, the tables were turned. Trump was the recipient of President Obama’s jokes at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, and Trump political adviser Roger Stone tells the story that the dinner was a turning point for Trump.

“I think that is the night he decides to run for president,” Stone said.

“I think that he is kind of motivated by it: ‘Maybe I’ll just run. Maybe I’ll show them all,’” Stone adds.

Stone isn’t the only Trump surrogate to say that Obama’s mockery that night was a motivating moment in Trump’s journey from flamboyant businessman and reality TV star, to the Republican presidential nomination, eventually to become the 45th President defeating Hillary Clinton.

“I thought, ‘Oh, Barack Obama is starting something that I don’t know if he’ll be able to finish,’” says Omarosa Manigault, a former Apprentice contestant who was at the dinner that night, and was Trump’s director of African-American outreach.

“Every critic, every detractor, will have to bow down to President Trump,” she added. “It’s everyone who’s ever doubted Donald, whoever disagreed, whoever challenged him, it is the ultimate revenge to become the most powerful man in the universe.”

No matter how many times you attack him or knock him down, he gets back up to his feet.

I've seen his enemies come and go. Politicians and corporations too. The elites and billionaires. The celebrities.

Even those that once worked for him and turned their backs on him like John Bolton, Nikki Haley, AG Barr, Michael Cohen, Jim Mattis and, of course, the chief traitor Mike Pence!

All of them were destroyed and their reputations were in ruins.

Like it or not, Trump embraced God and God is protecting Trump.

This election has already been decided. Trump will win regardless of who's running, including Ron DeSantis.

Look at what's going on in the media. No one is paying attention to the other Presidential candidates. The media is running Trump 24/7 and all the negativity is not swaying his supporters at all. As a matter fact he's gaining more supporters sucking the oxygen from the Republican Party leadership. 

Trump's polls are at an outstanding 63% for the GOP nomination for President. 

Who is going to stop this angry lion, whose campaign slogan screams RETRIBUTION, VENGEANCE! 

100 years from now, the White House will be named after him. With his name in gold on the front.

Trump is now flying out to Bedminster Golf Club in New Jersey to attend his campaign rally fundraiser to appeal to his supporters. Also, the present will be members of the press desperate to report on his every word. 

Trump will once again challenge Joe Biden, the Democrats, and the elite global junta that want to stop him. This includes the RINOs including the corrupt Bush dynasty that is financing and managing Ron DeSantis. 

President Trump has pleaded Not Guilty to the 37 charges & the Federal judge has released him with zero restrictions aside from dealing with witnesses, but this will be amended soon. He can freely discuss this illegitimate political persecution, and he will at the rally. He actually has a lot more to say. He will not be silenced. 

What's happening to this man is a disgrace to our country & the rule of law.

Remember this day. It's not breaking Trump but making him. Every single network in the world is reporting this savage prosecution of a man who stood up for the poor and the weak everywhere. People are upset, and soon they will display their anger at the voting booth asking for the same vengeance. The citizens of this nation, Republican and Democrat, are opening their eyes finally to the corruption delivered by the Obama's and Biden. 

America is weeping, and its sons and daughters are suffering through times reminiscent of the Great Depression. Only one man has a plan to save this country and that's Trump, who is ANNOITED by God to do so. #MAGA
