DISCLAIMER: This is not an investigative story or a column. It's a rant about the state of the Illinois Republican Party, and its poor leadership, including its leaders. Illinois Review and Attorney Tom Devore already provided evidence of wrongdoing. Since they already reported the facts I'll just offer my views on what they provided and my general insight with insider knowledge. This is my view of what's happening and my report. Like the quote from movie "The Godfather".....”right when I thought I was out, they pulled me back in.”
What has the Illinois Republican Party become my friends?
Mark Shaw, Co-Chairman of the Illinois Republican Party, it's time to stop your pathetic defense of your actions at the Illinois GOP convention where you very deceitfully misled every Republican present there on that Saturday to represent yourself and your cohorts as legitimate delegates in an attempt to become elected as the next national RNC committeeman to represent all Illinois conservatives. Then you were caught. Plain and simple.
Resign already in disgrace stupid!
Mark Shaw is 100% prick and scumbag. I write this as my personal opinion and recognize the opinions of hundreds of thousands of other Illinois Republicans that agree Shaw is a liar. He has to go far away as his time in Illinois has come and went. It's time to take him to the train station. A pathetic shit stain memory in the gutter of Illinois GOP history underwear that will be forgotten very soon, with nobody to remember this loser by name. Not a statue, not a grand title…. nothing. Just a cry baby.
First, I want to congratulate the ILLINOIS GRASSROOTS REPUBLICANS for taking a stand against the RINO Illinois Republican establishment for defeating the agenda generated by Illinois GOP Republican Chairman Don Tracy to desperately hold on to power as he sees himself fade away too.
Tracy is a product of the Democratic Party that was placed in the Illinois GOP to take the lead not to move forward the organization to win elections, but to disrupt and dismantle from within. Like Shaw, he never once had a desire to help others, our communities, win elections or to be the voice of the people. He wanted POWER. In this power, he was delegated by the Democrat bosses to tear down the Republican Party brick by brick. He is a liberal plant.
Together, Tracy and Shaw wanted to continue to move forward as the center, moderate, establishment RINOs that are to disrupt our once proud conservative ideologies to move the party more than liberals supporting ABORTION and becoming anti-gun as we have seen recently. They explain that we need to embrace liberal ideas to win elections according to their young paid consultants. Bullshit, I say. They were bought and paid for by the Democrats to hold on to a few precious seats as daddy wants because in their mind, Illinois will never go Red Republican. So we are forced to work with Democrats and follow their lead to get the breadcrumbs.
You have seen it already with both minority leaders in the Illinois General Assembly. So-called "Republicans" Rep. Tony McCombie on the House side and Sen. John Curran on the Senate side. Both are RINO sellout losers that replaced their predecessor SUPER RINOs Rep. Jim Durkin and Sen. Dan McConchie who all hate President Donald J. Trump and have been vocal about it in speeches and the media.
So McCombie and Curran both received Democratic money from the liberal teachers unions to support AMENDMENT ONE the most devastating referendum to strike our Illinois budget with the ability to double are taxes, giving the UNIONS bosses more power to bargain collectively and starve out the Illinois taxpayers with demands of an unlimited requests for pay raises, benefits and pensions. Both of these scavengers, McCombie and Curran both accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars a piece to secure their power so as not to disrupt the flow of government. This is reminiscent of King Herod in Israel during the days of Jesus. Herod can rule the land, but the real power was with Caesar of Rome. McCombie and Curran can't even wipe their asses without Ceaser J.B. Pritzker's permission. Is this leadership?
Illinois Conservatism is dead because of the SRO and HRO, yet the liberal ideology of the Democrats stands strong in the Land of Lincoln. The Illinois Democratic Party in the midterm elections won every constitutional seat in state government, including the re-election of the Governor, J.B. Pritzker.
They control 14 of 17 Congressional seats. They also control by supermajority both the Illinois House and Senate seats in the general Assembly. Furthermore, they actually gained more seats this election by winning, while Republicans resigned their seats in droves during and after the election. Both GOP minority leaders of the House and Senate resigned in disgrace after their humiliating losses. First, it was Jim Durkin in the House leading HRO Victory fund resigning his leadership post then later his district seat. Next, was Dan McConchie, the minority leader in the Senate, heading the SRO victory fund. He, too, resigned his leadership post but selfishly stayed in office that is limp as his spirit.
The Illinois Republicans lost control of the state in almost every seat challenged by a Republican. Illinois has 59 seats in the Senate. The Democrats now have control of 40 of them. The Illinois House has118 seats. The Democrats now control 78 and the Republicans control only 39. The Democrats gained so many seats in the midterms that Democrats are being seated in the Republican side of the house because they ran out of desks on the Democrat side. Unheard of!
If you are a Republican lawmaker in the Illinois House and Senate it is nearly impossible to pass new legislation because it will never make it out of Committee or ever see the floor for a vote. The lobbyists and unions own the Democrats. Good luck getting a capital project in your town or funding for schools or the Police.
As I continue about leadership, let me say this. I first want to thank my friends at Illinois Review, the premier conservative publication of Illinois with great reporting exposing the liberal Republican establishment in Illinois. Because of the leadership of this publication, writers and staff have exposed the lies of the old dinosaurs of the RINO Republican Party and their corrupt misdeeds. I also want to thank my dear friend Tom Devore who is on the war path to expose these corrupt liars and who they are.
Let's start off by asking who is the leader of the Republican Party. It's not Chairman Don Tracy. Tracy is a mid-level cuck and a has been Democratic lawyer that was drafted to become the leader of the party when the former chairman, Tim Schneider resigned in disgrace. If you recall, when there was a call to appoint a new chairman under the former Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner's administration, there was a fight to become the skipper of the Illinois GOP and Mark Shaw, the then Chairman of the Lake County GOP, wanted the job badly. Rauners choice was always Tim Schneider. But yet, like now, Mark Shaw hollered and cried like a baby to get what he wanted. Instead, a deal was struck to create a new PAID position of Co-Chairman of the Illinois Republican Party to appoint Shaw to quit his crying.
Until this day, Mark Shaw is accepting hundreds of thousands of dollars to become a paid consultant and "trainer" to Illinois GOP organizations. The problem is: Who authorized this paid position? Is he so pathetic as a lawyer that he has to beg for a job? $500,000 in college and law school training just to learn how to chase an ambulance, and he couldn't even do that. Instead, he has held the Illinois GOP hostage for the last 6 years with his demands for more money and power.
His grasp and hold for power is the Illinois Republican State Central Committee that has 17 members and deputies that are 90% sellout RINOs. Case in point.
JEANNE IVES is also an enemy of the GRASSROOTS. After the Illinois GOP State Convention, she went on a rampage defending the FAKE Mark Shaw that claimed he was on the Trump Team and the so-called “Director” when the Trump team has yet to assign state directors. This man made-up name tags and shirts with logos collecting signatures for Trump to be on the ballot when Trump and the Trump Team have never even heard of him. No ID, no W2, no nothing. He's a fraud.
He claims to have Zoom meetings with the 2024 Trump Team and the official team has never heard of him. He is a glorified volunteer that gave himself a title to gain the confidence of Trump supporters. As proof I dare him to provide evidence that he is “Senior Advisor" to Trump. He can't and he won't yet he duped thousands. Trump has never even heard his name or a picture has yet to be seen with them at a table advising Trump on strategy and other public policy affairs. Lies!
Now comes Jeanne Ives defending Shaw, attacking Tom Devore and thousands of Grassroots about canned emails? What power does she display? She was popular 6 years ago, but what events has she been invited to speak at recently? Not even a Lincoln dinner. 2 years ago, she defended the RINO Vince Colber bragging she received hundreds of thousands of dollars for a race she lost!
How about Keith Pekau, the Orland Park Mayor she consulted for his run for Congress in 2022? He lost. Her campaign in 2020 in that race she lost too. Her campaign manager and dear friend Kathleen Murphy attacked Trump two months before the 2020 election. Meanwhile, she was managing Ives. Now in 2024, Ives recruited a DEMOCRAT to run in the 3rd Congressional district over a REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE ALREADY ON THE BALLOT. Ives is a STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEMBER IN THE Illinois REPUBLICAN PARTY, promoting Democrats over REPUBLICANS!
She is the lapdog of her DADDY Dan Proft, who I call "Profit" after taking Dick Uihlein's 25 million dollars to move to Florida and turning his back on Darren Bailey during the election for governor.
They call Dan Proft a "political operative" haha. Are they for real? I'm a political operative that comes to attack other political operatives and candidate RINOs and DEMOCRATS. In one second there will be FaceBook pages opening up in their names, making them famous and the World Wide Web with web pages blasting their secrets.
Then Ives has the nerve to attack GRASSROOTS Republicans over the Mark Shaw fiasco. She clearly took a side with Don Tracy, Mark Shaw and Larry Smith. She went on a rampage attacking Tom Devore and others defending these fools, thinking she's in a seat of power? What a radio show on Sunday nights that you have to pay for that no one listens to.
This is a pathetic journey to hold on to her wannabe celebrity for herself, but never to help others. If you ever met her in person, she acts like royalty. She's not. Ives is a 100% anti-Trump RINO. Her opinion on Illinois politics is worth the gum under my shoe. Any candidates affiliated with her expect to be challenged out to lose.
This is the atmosphere that Mark Shaw created with his friends in the leadership of the Republican Party. To divide and disrupt.
I remember in 2020 when Peggy Hubbard ran for U.S. Senate against Mark Shaw in the Republican primary. Mark Curran, the former Sheriff of Lake County, as you remember, is a lawyer and law/business partner of Shaw. So after years of attacking President Trump, Curran, a Democrat, ran as a Republican backed by Shaw for the United States Senate.
The problem is that Peggy Hubbard already announced she was running. She is a proud black woman and a Trump supporting Republican. She is a verified Navy veteran and former Police Officer. Her husband is a cop that was shot in the line of duty.
Then came the attacks produced by Shaw and a select few of "mean girls" that exist today that worked for Shaw to attack Peggy on social media. They gave this RINO Curran credibility, meanwhile attacking Peggy's. Attacking her race and her family on his orders.
Then right before the 2020 primary Shaw using his position as the Co-chair of the Illinois GOP used Republican Party stationary and logos to send out mailers and the GOP mailing list to attack Peggy calling her out as a fake and not being a veteran or a Police Officer and being a Democratic. Overnight Peggy lost the vote's need to win the primary to defeat Sen. Tammy Duckworth.
Peggy was perfect. A minority to win Chicago, a mother and grandmother and a military veteran. She supports the blue as she's a cop herself. Because of Shaw, we were stuck with Curran who lost the Senate race and Illinois Supreme Court. Now he's chasing ambulances again.
Look at Wheat land Township where his friend Raquel Mitchell, the SUPER RINO of Will County that refused a candidate the stage as he is running for a countywide office as he's a Grassroots candidate. Mitchell was a senior advisor to Richard Irvin's failed campaign for governor against Bailey. She also rejected a Grassroots GOP COUNTY CHAIRMAN from her meeting calling the Police.
The same goes for the LOSERS of Troy township. The Township chair and his staff disrupted a slate for a Republican to run against the Will County State's Attorney James Glasgow, the scumbag that prosecuted a very popular Republican. Glasgow is a liberal, pro-abortion DEMOCRAT that was endorsed by the TROY TOWNSHIP REPUBLICANS! Also, friends and lapdogs of Shaw.
Don Tracy is not the captain of this ship, Shaw is. The State Central Committee and 90% of County Chairmans are following the true leader of the Republican Party, and that is Shaw. That is why your demands for resignation or removal fall upon deaf ears. He's calling the shots.
Look at Shaw's ten-page manifesto. What a stupid lame response to answer for his wrongdoing as a lawyer, you would think he should know better. As the Co-chair of the Illinois GOP to call out names with name-calling including pictures? Really?
I wish he would attack me like that. I hit back hard. You attack me and I'll attack you back.
Yet, the people he attacked never attacked him. They through transparency exposed his lies and his feelings were hurt like a bitch that he is.
It's time he comes to the reality that his time is over in politics like his worthless career as a lawyer. Let us start a Go fund me account to take that ride. Maybe he can take his bully friend LARRY SMITH with him, another disgrace of a loser that attempted to sway votes away from Dean White to Shaw using tactics of intimidation. As a small old senile old man with family problems, he didn't have the muscle.
Today Roger Stone, a friend and adviser to President Trump, will be in Illinois for an event. I just wonder if the so-called SENIOR ADVISOR TO TRUMP AND ILLINOIS TRUMP DIRECTOR, Mark Shaw, will be there to greet him. He will not because he is a LIAR, like he lied about the delegate credentials.
As a corrupt individual and lawyer, he knows how to play the game, but this will not be a game, he will win. He's a pathetic loser of a human being that is so desperate to satisfy himself for power that he's having a meltdown like the Illinois Review reported. If he was a prostitute, he couldn't even satisfy a client.
When a football coach doesn't produce winning plays, games or championships he is fired or resigns. Take heed to what I just said.
Mark Shaw resign before you are fired as the best has yet to come with the attacks that are coming for you tenfold because like you lawyers say, the door has been opened as you started the attacks. You have no following, no credibility, and you are ugly and hateful. It's time to go.
The party just started and it won't end until this loser Shaw resigns!
